Workshop products for sale
Wood is a natural product. The plywood tables available in the online store have natural variation between each product and may differ slightly in their appearance compared to the specific item photographed in the online images.
Flynn A&D has tried to represent accurate color of the products within the images displayed online. However, due to differences in human perception, lighting, and customers' monitors, the actual product may be slightly different than it appears online.
The products made by Flynn A&D in its workshop are handmade, not industrially-processed or mass-produced. Natural, handcrafted imperfections may be present and do not constitute defects but rather show the mark of the artisan.

Fulfillment Timeline
The pieces displayed at the online store may be part of an edition or limited set. The first one of this edition or limited set may already be sold. If a subsequent item is not currently ready, Flynn A&D will notify you of the expected lead time for completion of the next item in the edition. This timeline may be two weeks to two months, depending upon how busy the firm is with other projects.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is currently only within the continental United States. If the shipping address is near the Chicago area, personal delivery may be available. Customer pickup at the workshop is available to avoid shipping costs. Please contact Flynn A&D to discuss options. If you wish for a product to be purchased and shipped internationally, please contact Flynn A&D for arrangements before ordering.
Large or heavy items may be shipped "white glove" at the customer's option. This method of delivery takes greater care of the item and provides delivery across the customer's door threshold. Flynn A&D will notify you of the shipping company, anticipated pickup and delivery timelines, but in no manner does Flynn A&D take responsibility, liability, or warrant the shipper's performance.
Glass table tops are ordered by Flynn A&D with the glass shipped directly to the customer by the glazing manufacturer. Per glazing manufacturers' normal terms and conditions, you typically have twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt to notify them of any defects in the glass. If you encounter any problems with the glass, please notify the glazing manufacturer first and copy Flynn A&D. Glass is ordered with regular shipping timelines and generally takes 1-2 weeks to complete.
Cancellations, Refunds, & Returns
Items which are shipped by Flynn A&D may be cancelled before they are given to the shipping company. Items processed through a supplier (such as glass table tops) have a very limited time frame available between the customer's order being placed and the glass table tops being ordered by Flynn A&D. If a glass table top is ordered, it normally cannot be cancelled. Any order refund will exclude the total glass cost.
Sales are considered final once shipped by Flynn A&D. Any refunds or returns are at the discretion of Flynn A&D.
